Title: That the City of El Paso supports funding the Connected Bike Lanes - Pebble Hills- Montwood- Lomaland project as described in the 2023 Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside (TA) Detailed Application, including the preliminary engineering budget (if any); the construction budget; Texas Department of Transportation's (TxDOT's) direct cost for oversight; and the required local match (if any). That the City of El Paso is willing to commit to the Project's development, implementation, construction, maintenance, management, and financing. That the City of El Paso is willing and able to enter into an agreement with TxDOT should the Project be selected for funding.
