Award Summary:
The award of Solicitation 2023-0180 OEM Alternators, Starters and Related Parts to The McAdams Group, LLC. Dba Texas Alternator Service, for a term of three (3) years for an estimated amount of $107,178.00. The award also includes a two (2) year option for an estimated amount of $71,452.00. The total amount of the contract is, including the initial term plus the option for a total of five (five) years, for an estimated amount of $ 178,630.00. This contract will provide Replacement Alternators, Starters and Related Parts to the Fire Department.
Contract Variance:
The difference based in comparison to the previous contract is as follows: A decrease of $1,367.40 for the initial term, which represents a 1.26% decrease due to improved pricing.
