The applicant is requesting a special permit to allow for a planned residential development in the R-1 (Residential) zone district as provided in El Paso City Code Section 20.10.470. City Plan Commission recommended 8-0 to approve the proposed special permit on October 29, 2020. As of November 17, 2020, the Planning Division has not received any communication in support or opposition to the special permit...
