Title: Discussion and action that the City Manager is authorized to sign an "Authorization and Reimbursement Agreement - Public Road Crossing Improvements - Surface, Signal and Signal Interconnect" with the Union Pacific Railroad Company, authorizing the Union Pacific Railroad Company to perform the necessary work on Rick Francis Street in relation to the University Medical Center Quiet Zone and agreeing that the City shall reimburse the Union Pacific Railroad Company for its performance of the work in the amount of $548,322.00 and that the City Manager be authorized to establish the funding sources and make any necessary budget transfers and execute any and all documents necessary for the execution of the Agreement. The City will reimburse Union Pacific Railroad Company.
