Title
That the City of El Paso supports funding the City of El Paso Active Transportation Plan as described in the 2023 Transportation Alternative Set-Aside Program (TA) Detailed Application, including the planning activities; Texas Department of Transportation’s (TxDOT’s) direct state cost for oversight; and the required local match (if any). That the City of El Paso is willing to commit to the Project’s development, financing, management, adoption and implementation of completed planning documents. That the City of El Paso is willing and able to enter into an agreement with TxDOT by resolution or ordinance, should the Project be selected for funding.
