That the Mayor be authorized to sign the First Amended Operational Policy Agreement with the Metropolitan Planning Organization by and between the State of Texas, acting through the Texas Department of Transportation, called the “Department”, the El Paso Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Transportation Policy Board, designated by the Governor of the State of Texas as the MPO of the El Paso urbanized area, and the City of El Paso, as the Fiscal Agent for the MPO.
