Title
An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of City of El Paso, Texas, Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds in an aggregate amount not to exceed $192,215,000 for system improvements and to refund certain obligations issued for system improvements; and resolving matters which are necessary to effect such issuance, including the delegation of matters relating to the sale and issuance of the bonds to an authorized City officer or employee within certain specified parameters.
