That the City Council approve a change order in the amount of $181,778.57 to J.A.R. Concrete, Inc. DBA J.A.R. Construction Inc. for the "Trowbridge Drive Improvements Contract 2022-0377”, increasing the contract price from $891,196.90 to $1,122,889.30. The increase is for the cost associated with additional scope including the construction of the mid-blocks (bulb-outs) and additional irrigation and landscaping.
