That the City Manager be authorized to sign an Air Cargo Building Lease Agreement by and between the City of El Paso (“Lessor") and Southwest Airlines Co. ("Lessee") for warehouse and office space at the Air Cargo Building located at 6435 Convair Road, El Paso, Texas. The initial term of said Lease shall be for five years.
The five (5) year term begins on January 1, 2023 ("Effective Date") and ends on December 31, 2027. The monthly fee is $9,781.07 or $117,372.82 per annum. There are no options to extend the lease term.
