That the City Manager be authorized to sign Airport Building Lease Agreement by and between the City of El Paso ("Lessor") and Southwest Airlines Co. ("Lessee") for ground service equipment warehouse and maintenance shop at the Airport Building located at 6765 Convair Road, El Paso, Texas.
The one (1) year term begins on January 1, 2023 ("Effective Date") and ends on December 31, 2023. The annual rent is $37,230.00 or $3,102.50 per month. There is an option to extend the lease for one (1) year with a 90-day notice to the Lessor.
