Discussion and action on a Resolution that the City Manager be authorized to sign a Chapter 380 Economic Development Program Agreement (“Agreement”) by and between CITY OF EL PASO (“City”) and MIGUEL VILLANUEVA and JULIO VILLANUEVA, as co-owners of the Property (hereinafter referred individually and jointly as the “Applicant”) in support of the renovation of a mixed-use building located at 301 S. El Paso Street in downtown El Paso. The Agreement requires the Applicant to make a minimum investment of $413,392.
