Title: That the Mayor be authorized to sign the first amendment to the inter-local UMC Mobile Stroke Unit/CLA agreement between the City of El Paso ("City") and the El Paso County Hospital District d/b/a University Medical Center ("UMC") to establish timely notifications and change the maximum annually staffing fee amount that UMC will pay the city for staffing of the Mobile Stroke Unit ("MSU") from not to exceed $100,000.00 to not to exceed $70,000.00 annually for the EMT-Paramedic and not to exceed $60,000.00 annually for the EMT-Basic, and in return the City through the El Paso Fire Department will provide an adequate pool of EMT-Paramedics and EMT-Basic to collectively staff through the MSU service periods.
