That the Purchasing & Strategic Sourcing Director is authorized to notify Green Planet, Inc., that the City is terminating Contract 2021-1231 Household Hazardous Waste Disposal for convenience, pursuant to the provisions and requirements of the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, and that the termination shall be effective as of December 14, 2021.
