That the City Manager is authorized to sign the Agreement to Extend Amended Fiber Lease Agreement, reflecting the City’s desire to exercise its option to extend the Amended Fiber Lease Agreement for a further term of 10 years at no additional cost to the City. That the City Manager is authorized to sign the First Amendment to the Amended Maintenance Agreement, extending the term of the Amended Maintenance Agreement for a period of ten (10) years. And that the City acknowledges receipt of Transtelco’s notice to extend the Conduit Lease Agreement for an additional five (5) year term.
