A Resolution to authorize the City Manager to sign a License Agreement between the City of El Paso (“City”) and SITA Information Networking Computing USA, Inc. (“Licensee”) for the site known as the Electric Room across from Gate A3 in the El Paso International Airport Terminal building, City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas, commonly known as 6701 Convair Road (“Terminal”), for a term of five (5) years.
The term of this lease is five (5) years with no options. License fee under this agreement is $500.00 per month or $6,000.00 per year. This is an annual increase of $4,800.00 under the agreement that will be terminated at 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on November 30, 2021.
