Title
This is a Resolution to authorize the City Manager to sign an Air Cargo Building Lease Agreement between the City of El Paso (“Lessor”) and ASC Technical Institute, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, (“Lessee”) for office and warehouse space, and vehicle parking space, at 6401 Convair Road, El Paso, Texas, in Air Cargo Center Building #2.
The term of this lease is an initial term of five (5) years and one (1) five-year option to extend the term of the lease. The annual rental fee for the premises (office, warehouse and vehicle parking) in the initial term will be $32,717.25.
