Title
An Ordinance amending Title 12, Chapter 12.88 (Schedules), Section 12.88.150 (Schedule XIV - Speed limits), to amend Paragraph I (Fifty miles per hour) by deleting Subparagraph 6; to amend Paragraph H (Forty-five miles per hour) by deleting Subparagraphs 28 and 32; and to amend Paragraph H (Forty-five miles per hour) by amending Subparagraph 27, to reduce the speed limit on portions of Zaragoza Road; the penalty being provided in Chapter 12.84 of the El Paso City Code.
