BACKGROUND / DISCUSSION:
Discussion of the what, why, where, when, and how to enable Council to have reasonably complete description of he contemplated action. This should include attachment of bid tabulation, or ordinance or resolution if appropriate. What are the benefits to the City of this action? What are the citizen concerns?
TDHCA has made available $1,977,081.66 from the state allocation of CDBG-CV funds to the City of El Paso to provide emergency rental assistance. TERAP provides rental assistance to income-eligible households impacted by COVID-19 to help them stay housed during the pandemic.
