Title: A Resolution that the City Manager, or designee, be authorized to execute a Public Highway At-Grade Crossing Agreement (the "Agreement") between the City of El Paso (the "City") and Union Pacific Railroad Company ("Railroad") granting the City the right to reconstruct and maintain the road crossing over North Piedras Street, DOT Number 741165T at Railroad's Milepost 967.35 on Railroad's Carrizozo Subdivision in El Paso, Texas. As consideration for the granting of said right, the City shall pay Railroad $20,250.00. The Agreement shall remain in effect for as long as the road crossing remains on Railroad's property.
