Discussion and action to authorize the expenditure of District 4 discretionary funds, in an amount not to exceed $75,000.00, for future and pending pickleball courts located in District 4 which includes related pickleball equipment, serves the municipal purpose of enhancing the quality of life of the citizens of El Paso through promoting community recreation, and by fostering community pride and encouraging civic engagement.
