Title
An Ordinance granting Special Permit PZST25-00006, to allow for a reduction to rear yard and side street yard setbacks and allow the use of contractor's yard (small) on the property described as a portion of Tract 228, Sunrise Acres, 8701 Gateway South Boulevard, City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas, pursuant to Section 20.04.260 of the El Paso City Code. The penalty as being provided in Chapter 20.24 of the El Paso City Code.
The proposed special permit meets the intent of the Future Land Use designation for the property and is in accordance with Plan El Paso, the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
