Discussion and action to direct the City Manager to analyze and develop a recommendation for a city-initiated rezoning within the Rio Grande neighborhood to align the zoning ordinance with existing, established development and the City’s adopted Comprehensive Plan, with a recommendation returned to Council for discussion and action by December 8, 2026.
