Title: Discussion and action on a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to sign a Chapter 380 Economic Development Program Agreement ("Agreement") by and between the City of El Paso ("City") and Wurldwide LLC, ("Company") in support of a project located north of Stan Roberts Sr. Ave. and west of US Highway 54, El Paso, Texas 79934. The Agreement requires the Company to invest a minimum on $800,000,000.00, provide at least 50 full-time jobs, design and construct improvements to Stan Roberts Sr. Avenue. Over the term of the Agreement, the City shall provide economic incentives in the form of an 80% Real Property Tax Rebate.
