Discussion and action on a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to make necessary budget transfers and execute necessary documents to reprogram funding from the Citywide Wayfinding Project, in the amount of $2,740,386.42, for use in the Sun City Lights Program, and authorizing the City Manager to direct staff to complete the following pending projects:
1. District 2: Piedras St. Reconstruction Phase 2: Urban Pocket Park and Art installation;
2. Medical Center of the Americas (MCA) Boundary: Phase 2 improvements: Wayfinding signs, Art Lighting at Raynolds underpass, Art Murals;
3. District 6: Dick Shinaut Park: Improvements and light installations;
4. District 7: Pueblo Viejo Park: Pedestrian Improvements and light installations
