Title: Discussion and action that the Resolution approved by City Council on June 10, 2025, authorizing the expenditure of District 5 discretionary funds in an amount not to exceed $3,000.00, be amended to increase the authorized amount by an additional $5,000.00, for a total amount not to exceed $8,000.00. This amendment is necessary to address increased costs associated with District 5 community clean-up efforts, including the rental of roll-off trash containers that provide residents with accessible options to properly dispose of bulk items and reduce illegal dumping. These efforts directly support the municipal purpose of promoting neighborhood revitalization, fostering community engagement, enhancing public health and safety, and improving the overall quality of life for residents; and that all other terms and provisions of the Resolution shall remain in full force and effect.
