That the City Manager or designee is authorized to submit to the Public Safety Office of the State of Texas, grant application number 5649201 FY2026 for the City of El Paso Police Department project identified as "Bullet Resistant Components for Law Enforcement Vehicles FY2026" to provide financial assistance to the City of El Paso. Requesting $142,402.50, no cash match is required. The grant period will be from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027.
