Discussion and action on a Resolution to approve a 12th amendment to the City’s 2019-2020 (45th Year) Annual Action Plan for the Emergency Solutions Grant-Coronavirus Phase 2 (ESG-CVII) to:
a. Reduce the Homeless Welcome Center Project for the Opportunity Center for the Homeless by no more than $250,000 in ESG-CVII funds; and
b. Add no more than $250,000 in ESG-CVII funds to supplement the Opportunity Center Shelter and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Support Project, operated by the Opportunity Center for the Homeless.
