Title
An Ordinance granting Special Permit No. PZST24-00012, to allow for a professional office use and 100% parking reduction on the property described as being the East 30 feet of the West 60 feet of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 273, Campbell Addition, 509 Rio Grande Avenue, City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas, pursuant to Section 20.04.260 of the El Paso City Code. The penalty being as provided for in Chapter 20.24 of the El Paso City Code.
The proposed special permit meets the intent of the Future Land Use designation for the property and is in accordance with Plan El Paso, the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
