Title: Discussion and action to approve a Resolution that the City Council declares that the expenditure of District 7 discretionary funds, in an amount not to exceed $28,777.00, to assist with the installation of new floor tiles at the Pavo Real Senior Center, serves the municipal purpose of enhancing the quality of life of the citizens of El Paso through promoting community recreation, and by fostering community pride and encouraging civic engagement; and to direct the City Manager, or designee, to effectuate any budget transfers and execute any contracts and/or related documents necessary to ensure that the funds are properly expended for the municipal purpose.
