A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an Amendment to the February 15, 2022 Interlocal Cooperation Agreement by and between the City of El Paso (“City”), a Home Rule Municipal Corporation and The University of Texas at El Paso, a Texas State Agency, Texas public institution of higher education and member institution of The University of Texas System (the “University”), by and through their duly authorized officials, pursuant to the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Section 791.001 et seq., of the Texas Government Code in support of the U.S. Economic Development Administration award 08-69-05683 to provide a one-year, no cost extension.
