Title: Discussion and action on a Resolution authorizing the expenditure of District 1 discretionary funds, in an amount not to exceed $22,400.00, to fund solar lights to improve visibility for Parkhills Park and Cimarron Park # 2 for park users, serves the municipal purpose of enhancing and sustaining the community's safety and quality of life, fostering community pride, and aligning and implementing key investment strategies sustaining and enhancing park system operations and outdoor offerings. Further, that the City Manager or designee be authorized to use any remaining funds toward other City park projects within District 1 upon consultation and approval from the District 1 Representative, effectuate any budget transfers and execute any contracts and/or related documents necessary to ensure that the funds are properly expended for the municipal purpose, and return any unspent funds related to this project to the District 1 Discretionary Fund Account, with all such funds to be returned no ...
