Title
The linkage to the Strategic Plan is subsection 7.2 - Improve competitiveness through infrastructure improvements impacting the quality of life.
That the Purchasing Director is authorized to notify MIRADOR ENTERPRISES, INC of El Paso, Texas, that the City is terminating Solicitation 2021-0509 Airport RTS pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.9. of the General Conditions, due to the parties not being able to agree on contract provisions in order to finalize the Contract for this Solicitation, and that the termination shall be effective as of September 14, 2021.
