Title
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement by and between the City of El Paso and the University Medical Center of El Paso (UMC) to collaborate and promote stewardship and optimal utilization of blood products, reduce expiration and wastage of blood components, and establish procedures for transfer of eligible blood products from EMS inventory to UMC inventory for a period of four (4) years, with the ability to be renewed for an additional period.
