Title: Discussion and action on a Resolution to authorize the expenditure of District 8 Discretionary Funds in an amount not to exceed $3,500 for capital costs related to the new Pet Pantries at El Paso Public Libraries, including storage containers, mobile microchip scanners, hardware, locks, and related accoutrements, which serves a municipal purpose by nurturing and promoting a healthy, sustainable community for El Paso pets and pet owners; and Further, that the City Manager, or designee, be authorized to effectuate any budget transfers and execute any contracts and/or related documents necessary to ensure that the funds are properly expended for the municipal purpose.
