An Ordinance amending Title 18 (Building and Construction), Chapter 18.60 (Flood Damage Prevention, Article IV (Administration), Subsection 18.60.140 (Designation of the Floodplain Administrator) to amend the responsibilities. The penalty is as provided for in Section 18.60.240 of the El Paso City Code.
