An Ordinance authorizing the conveyance of real property owned by the City of El Paso to Ronny Rogers Properties, LLC, for the purchase price of $56,716.00; such real property legally described as a portion of Tract 40 N/K/A Tract 40-A, O.A. Danielson Survey 310, in El Paso County, Texas, according to a resurvey made for tax purposes and being more particularly described by metes and bounds in Exhibit “A” of the Ordinance and made a part hereof for all purposes intended.
