A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement by and between the City of El Paso and the El Paso County Hospital District d/b/a University Medical Center (UMC) of El Paso for providing governmental services for the advancement of public health and welfare by providing personnel to UMC to assist with possible stroke emergency incidents for a two-year term (2) with the option to renew for an additional term of two (2) years.
