Discussion and action on a Resolution nominating Tenet Hospitals Limited - East Campus as a Texas State Enterprise Zone Project. If designated, Tenet Hospitals Limited - East Campus will invest over $9M to upgrade the facility and update medical equipment, at the Hospitals of Providence East Campus located at 3280 Joe Battle Blvd., El Paso, Texas 79938; and retain 608 full-time positions and create an additional 15 full-time positions at that location over the term of the project’s designation.
