Title: A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to sign an Agreement for Professional Services by and between the City of El Paso and Professional Service Industries, Inc., for a project known as "Geotechnical and Material Testing Services for the El Paso International Airport General Aviation Ramp Rehabilitation" for an amount not to exceed $223,118.87. In addition, the City Engineer is authorized to increase the contract amount up to $50,000.00 without further authorization from City Council, if such services are necessary for the proper execution of the project and the increased amount is in the appropriate budget for the project. Further, the City Manager is authorized to establish the funding sources and make any necessary budget transfers and execute any and all documents necessary for execution of the Agreement for Professional Services.
