Title
A Resolution that the City Manager, or designee, be authorized to sign the Multiple Use Agreement for the construction, maintenance and operation of Lincoln Park - El Paso's Chicano Park on the highway right of way US 54 with Texas Department of Transportation, provided such documents are approved by the City Attorney’s office as to form and comply with department policies and procedures.
