Title: A Resolution that the City Manager be authorized to sign a Field Test Agreement ("Agreement") by and between the CITY OF EL PASO and CHEVRON ORONITE COMPANY, LLC., to test oils on buses operated by the City of El Paso's Mass Transit Department, for a term beginning on the date the Agreement is executed and ending on September 1, 2029 and, that the City Manager or designee be authorized to take actions necessary and effectuate any budget transfers, sign any related agreements and amendments to such agreements after review and approval by the City Attorney's office, as well as sign any documents necessary to carry out the intent of this resolution.
