Title: A Resolution that pursuant to Title 3, Chapter 3.04, Section 3.04.035- Exemption-Historically Significant Sites of the El Paso City Code, the property owner, of the property described as 62 Franklin Heights 12 & 13 (6000 Sq Ft), in the City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas, commonly known as 1318 Montana Avenue is hereby exempt from any increase in the City's portion of the ad valorem taxes on the value of the improvement for a period of ten (10) years beginning on January 1, 2027 and ending December 31, 2036 provided that all City Code requirements are met.
