Title
An Ordinance amending Title 5 (Business License and Permit Regulations), Chapter 5.10 (Tattoo and Body Art Studio Registration and Artist License), Section 5.10.030 (Studio Registration Required) to specify inspection is required prior to issuance of a studio registration, Section 5.10.040 (Studio Registration Application) to add proof of an approved inspection as required information for a studio registration inspection, Section 5.10.080 (Artist License Application) to specify that artists must provide the name and address of the studio where they are employed as part of their application, Section 5.10.120 (Inspections) to further specify reasonable times at which the Director of Code Enforcement and other authorized representatives can conduct inspections of tattoo and body art studios, Section 5.10.140 (Denial) to specify that denying entry for inspection is grounds for denial of a studio registration application; the penalty as provided in Section 5.10.18 of the City Code.
