Title: The Mayor be authorized to sign the First Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement between the City of El Paso ("City"), El Paso County Emergency Services District No. 2 ("District"), and its contracted emergency services organizations and providers, to include the Clint, Fabens, Montana Vista, San Elizario, Socorro and West Valley Fire Departments, to provide the District, and its contracted emergency services organizations and providers, access to the City's 2020 Frontline Communications, 6.7 Liter Cummins ISB I-6, Grant Funded Rehab Unit Fire Apparatus which will aid in the protection of the health and safety of the public and firefighting personnel against fire and fire-related hazards.
