Title: Discussion and action to direct the City Manager and City Attorney to host three Community Listening Sessions within 45 days at the Mexican American Cultural Center, the Hilos de Plata Senior Center, and the Chamizal Community Center with the goal of gaining community input to inform the next steps for recommending to our local Texas State Delegation on the renaming of the Cesar E. Chavez. Further, to direct the City Manager and City Attorney to conduct these Listening Sessions in coordination with the office of Texas State Senator Cesar Blanco and the other members of the local Texas State Delegation.
