A Resolution that the City Manager be authorized to sign the First Amendment to Agreement for Professional Services by and between the City of El Paso (“City”) and CONSOR ENGINEERS, LLC (“Consultant”) whereby Consultant agrees to provide additional engineering and design services for the Resler Boulevard Extension Project, in exchange for additional payment from the City in an amount not to exceed $65,685.11, thereby increasing the original contract price from $1,008,393.48 to $1,074,078.59.
