Title
A Resolution that the City Manager be authorized to sign a two-year On-Call Agreement for Professional Services to perform Mechanical and Engineering services on a task-by-task basis by and between the by City of El Paso and each of the following 3 consultants:
1. Bath Group, LLC
2. EMA Engineering & Consulting, Inc.
3. Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc.
Each On-Call Agreement will be for an amount not to exceed $250,000.00.
