The award of Solicitation 2025-0298R Disaster Housing Consultant to H2O Partners, Inc. dba H2O Partners for a one (1) year term for an estimated amount of $360,635.00. This contract will allow the department to create a comprehensive and viable regional vulnerability assessment study that identifies regional vulnerabilities and establishes strategies to mitigate short-term and long-term housing needs in case of a disaster, with focus on disadvantaged communities and vulnerable populations.

The Purchasing & Strategic Sourcing Department and Fire Department recommend award as indicated to H2O Partners, Inc. dba H2O Partners the highest ranked offeror based on the evaluation factors established in the evaluation criteria for this procurement.
