Discussion and action on a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to sign all contracts, contract amendments and related documents between the City of El Paso and the State of Texas to receive a projected $474,257 in 2022-2023 Homeless Housing and Services Program (HHSP) funds from the Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs (TDHCA); and authorizing the Director of the Department of Community and Human Development (DCHD) to sign all contracts, amendments and related documents between the City of El Paso and agencies receiving sub-awards of 2022-2023 HHSP funds from the City, as well as all certifications, performance reports, and other related documents.
