A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign, on behalf of the City of El Paso, a First Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement between the City of El Paso (“City”) and The University of Texas at El Paso (“UTEP”), regarding UTEP’s assistance with the City’s Intersection Safety Improvement Program, to extend the Term of the Agreement and update the project timelines accordingly, without any amendment to the compensation provisions of the Agreement.
